For over 30 years Bishara Arraf, founder of Montfort Mediterranean Grill, has been striving to perfect his craft. It’s simple; make fresh and healthy food, all day and night. We believe in using only fresh and authentic ingredients in all our dishes, with daily preparations made in house from beginning to end. You will always taste the quality in each dish. For half a century, the Arraf family has been striving to perfect their family traditions and recipes by making fresh and healthy food all day and night. Fifty years ago, Lawrence Arraf, the eldest brother opened up the first Montfort location in Netherlands.
The success and demand that resulted from this location inspired the youngest brother, Bishara Arraf to expand and open multiple locations in Canada.
